Below is a table of all the properties that we manage and the bin collection day for that property.
There’s also a list of do’s and don’ts in relation to your bin collection.
Over holiday periods and when there are adverse weather conditions, these days may be subject to change. You can visit the local Council websites for more detailed information depending on whether your property falls under Stoke-on-Trent City Council or Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council.
Put all your waste in the bin marked for your property
Make sure all waste is contained within the bin (the lid must be closed)
Leave your bin at the kerbside by 07:30 hours on your waste collection day
Store all waste in the bin provided – under no circumstances should any uncontained waste or waste in bags be stored anywhere other than the bin provided
Recycle all recyclable waste and segregate it using the recycling facilities (Stoke-on-Trent City Council has various recycling points across the City if they are not available in your property – call 01782 234567 for more information)
You must not:
Put concrete, bricks, large stones or large pieces of metal in the bin
Put hot ashes or corrosive materials in the bin
