While we hope that things don’t go wrong during your stay with us, we understand that sometimes they do. Below is a list of numbers that you may need to call in the event of an emergency or non-emergency. In some circumstances – such as a water leak or a burst pipe – you will need to call our office and we will take the appropriate action.
Remember, if you need to report a maintenance issue, you need to email our Maintenance Team directly. Just click the button below and tell us what the problem is. If possible, attach some photos of the issue so we have a better understanding of what needs to be done.
